Pursuant to s 19 of the Companies Act (Cap 50, Rev. Ed. 2006) notice is hereby given of the incorporation of "Loser Club Private Limited" (The Company), which shall be so limited by shares. The Company will have an authorized share capital of $100 and issued capital of $10 in the form of 10 shares with par value of $1 each.
